In Western Pennsylvania, we see often see multiple soil types and sloped terrain. From shale to clay, these different soil types can be your worst enemy.  Our drainage consultations often lead to multiple site visits in the pouring down rain to investigate and study how water enters and leaves your property (or house!).  We do this process because a drain a few feet to the left or to the right can play a massive role in properly diverting water.  We will also offer different size trenches to accommodate different flow rates, natural springs and homeowner's budget.  We also know what aggregate to properly backfill trenches with to allow for maximum pore spaces to let water easily flow to the direction we point it in!
